How nice to see Remax Results on the list of Top 100 Companies to work for in Minnesota.  I’ve been with Remax Results for 15+ years and it has always been one of the best companies to work for, now it’s official.

The Real Estate industry is simultaneously Cooperative and Competitive, it’s a very unique blend not found in other types of business.  The Remax model brings out the best of Cooperation among agents and Remax Results takes it one step higher making it one of the Top 100 Companies to work for in Minnesota.

At Remax Results, Realtors are willing to share information with each other, they cheer on the successes of their fellow agents, they coach and encourage each other through tough decisions and uncertain times, they listen and brainstorm together to produce the best ideas.  Or course, there is competition, but it’s a friendly team style competition which elevates and motivates Agents to achieve their personal best.

This Spirit of Teamwork does not automatically spring up in a company, especially in the Real Estate Industry.  The Atmosphere at Remax Results comes from the owners John Collopy and Marshall Saunders and the CFO, Lynn Foulke.  Realtors at Remax Results are the focus of the company, by supporting the Realtors with the right tools and hard working staff, the Realtors are able to offer superior customer service to their clients.

Support for the Realtors comes from the incredible staff of people in many departments including our Relocation Department, Accounting Department and the amazing Technical Support Department.  If I had to sum up the difference between Remax Results and other Real Estate companies, I would say this company is innovative, bold, and forward thinking.
