Hello, I’m Sheryl Petrashek, partner and team member with The Petrashek Group at RE/MAX Results in Apple Valley. We have proudly served clients in the Minneapolis Metro area for a combined 30 years. I vividly remember creating floor plans and drawing houses from a very young age. I love and appreciate all types of architecture, design and style of homes.  We moved around when I was young, several towns, several states and about 9 homes! I graduated from the University of Michigan Business School and then spent an amazing 2 years traveling on a shoe string budget in Europe.

I have called Minneapolis home since 1990, and have always lived in the South of the River suburbs, first Savage and now Apple Valley for the past 20 years.

My passion is Real Estate, I enjoy everything about it, including: evaluating a home to find the market value, staging and preparing homes to show in their best light, searching for your perfect next home, negotiating purchase agreements, calculating investment options, renovating property and managing the long term care of homes.

I especially love the people, our clients and all those we help along the way! I love seeing the excitement in the eyes of Buyers who know they have just found their dream home. I understand the mixed emotions of a Seller leaving their home of 25+ years. I appreciate the trepidation of new investors as they take the plunge into owning rental property!

This career and industry does have it’s challenges, it’s full of risk and it’s not always easy or smooth sailing.  However, with each challenge, we learn and understand how to avoid the situations next time. I have completed over 1250 successful transactions and strive to bring that experience to your home sale or purchase, to be sure we anticipate and avoid all obstacles.
