The new Ecumen Seasons at Apple Valley is set to open on March 1st, 2011. The 134 unit apartment building is open to residents who are at least 62 years wise! The units feature 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for rent, a theater, café, art studio, pub, fitness center and salon. There are a few memory care suites and enhanced care suites available too.
The building is within easy walking district to the new Center Village Retail and Residential District in Apple Valley MN. A public open house is planned for March 19th. Congratulations to the new residents, I’m sure it will be a wonderful lifestyle. It’s nice to see the Center Village Retail and Residential District continue to take shape. There are numerous Townhomes and additional Retail space planned for the area.
Moving to a Senior Housing Facility is a good choice for many people. Several additional Senior Housing options exist in Apple Valley. Also, two Senior Housing Developments have been proposed to the Lakeville MN city council.
