It’s a very encouraging sign of recovery in the Lakeville Real Estate Market.
The volume of New Construction homes puts pressure on Homesellers of regular houses. On one side, they must compete with distressed homes including bank owned properties which are listed for a very low price. On the other side, Homesellers of normal resale houses must also compete with New Construction homes in near perfect condition, with modern features, all new appliances and mechanical systems and full New Construction Warranty.
