Sheryl Petrashek has been a full time Realtor since 1996, and created the “Selling South of the River” Team in 2007.  Sheryl Researches the Value of your Home and creates a ‘Prepare to Sell Plan’, a very Specific List of Recommended Changes you should consider in order to Sell your Home for the Maximum Value.  Sheryl also Customizes a Marketing Campaign for your Home, which is used by the entire team to get your home Sold.  Staying informed about the Market Value of Homes, Technology Trends and Buyer’s ever changing Wish Lists is extremely important, Sheryl stays current on all aspects of Real Estate.  She writes this Blog to share that knowledge with our Clients and all who can benefit from it.

 
Laura Kvas has been a Realtor and member of the team since 2009.  She is the ultimate detail organizer and manages our sales through the closing process. Today’s Real Estate market is complex and so is the closing process.  Laura coordinates and directs all aspects including the Purchase Agreement Paperwork, the Mortgage Finalization, all Title Updates and Scheduling, Warranty Purchases, Home Inspections, Appraisal Reports and Utility Transfers! Her ability to focus and prioritize all the pieces of the puzzle ensures you won’t have to worry about a thing!

Amy Stehley joined the team in 2015 and has been a Realtor since 2016.  Online Marketing is her specialty and she uses her talents to maximize your home’s appeal!  Amy creates Virtual Tours, Printed Materials of all kinds, Slide Shows, Blog Posts, and Custom Post Cards for the Marketing of each Listing.  She also keeps your Home looking great on websites such as Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Homefinder, Yahoo and more!  Her expertise and trained eye are valuable tools in the sale of your home.

Bo Petrashek has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1996, he’s the team’s Buyer Specialist.  Bo has years of experience determining the value items in homes plus solid knowledge of remodeling and repairs costs.  He guides our clients through the entire Purchase Process including  Scheduling Homes to See, Helping you Select the Right Property, the Inspection Process,  and Final Walk-thru. He also works closely with Contractors and Vendors to oversee all Repairs or Alterations which are part of your Purchase.  Bo always remains focused on the Best outcome for our Buyer Clients and everyone loves shopping for homes with him!
