She was great with negotiations, relentless in making sure that an easement that wasn't with the original paperwork of the house we bought got resolved. Sheryl uses a team approach. Laura and Britney were excellent at showing us the house we bought and providing good insight and feedback. Robin, the stager, really made our house show well. The professional photographer captured our home and made it stand out in pictures. Well done Sheryl!
