Highly recommend The Petrashek Group to anyone looking to purchase a home in the southern suburbs of Minneapolis. My boyfriend and I are first-time homebuyers and Stefan was so, so, SO helpful in answering all our questions, providing insight on the properties we viewed, and taking the lead when placing an offer to make sure we completed everything properly and within deadlines. His replies were always timely, he scheduled tours every day that we were available, and just the level of communication about everything couldn't be praised more! We are now very satisfied home-owners!
