We highly recommend Sheryl Petrashek.
We worked with Sheryl this summer to sell our house. She was wonderful and easy to work with through the whole process. We relocated out of state and had a quick closing date and Sheryl did a great job of managing the home sale despite the tight schedule and us being out of state. We never felt uncomfortable with how the home sale was going. She in particular went above and beyond to help us meet all the negotiation items (radon system, plumbing improvements, etc..) before a very short closing date. We highly recommend Sheryl.
