It’s too bad I’m limited to just 5 stars. Stefan helped sell my 94 year-old mother’s Burnsville condo and every aspect of the experience was simply exceptional. Stefan is a knowledgeable and confident agent who is skilled at getting properties in front of the right people and bringing qualified buyers to the table. When it came to setting the asking price, I was worried that we might scare people off with what he suggested. But he had done his homework and we had 2 amazing offers within a week for more than we could’ve hoped for! This was the third time in 2 years that our family has worked with Stefan - he IS our family real estate agent. Thank to Stefan and his amazing staff for a job well done!
