Working with Sheryl & Bo Petrashek along with her team in the selling of our townhome in Burnsville and our home purchase in Apple Valley far exceeded our expectations on many levels. From our first meeting she put us at ease answering all of our questions. As I'm sure she would tell ya there were many. Also being easily accessible and just over all great having her in our corner working for us. To be honest now that we close this Thursday, the only downfall is that we will actually miss her. If the need ever arises where you're in the market to buy or sell I would highly recommend Sheryl and her team. I know she will always be my go to should we need an agent.
