Sheryl and Bo were determined to find the right house for us and they did!
We had a lot of real estate agents to choose from and we are so happy we decided to work with Sheryl and Bo. We were starting to feel a little hopeless that we would find the perfect house for us within our budget, but Sheryl and Bo were determined to find the right house for us and they did! There was an issue with the appraisal coming in low, so Sheryl did her research and wrote an excellent rebuttal to the appraiser and she was able to get the the appraisal increased so there weren't any issues with financing. Their communication was top notch - our calls, texts, and emails were always returned very quickly. We would highly recommend working with Sheryl and Bo!
