I am a repeat client who recommends Sheryl to everyone I talk to.
When my dad died, there were 7 owners (and their spouses) and we were faced with selling our parent’s home. Making the decision who to represent us could have been the start of major disagreement between all of us. We interviewed 4 agents. After Sheryl’s presentation, in a matter of 30 minutes, it was unanimous that her approach and team would the most effective to make the entire process less stressful for all of us and get the house sold.
One of my brothers commented that when the other agents described their approach, it was very ambiguous. With Sheryl, he could understand the specifics actions that she would take to get the house sold in the time frame she estimated, and at the price she recommended. Everyone was impressed with her knowledge of the market south of the river, her recommendations of what needed to be done prior to listing to provide the best return (very little), and the data driven approach to pricing and negotiations.
Within a week of Sheryl’s presentation the house was on the market. We received an offer within 48 hours and a contract was negotiated and we were on our way to closing in 30 days. With 7 owners, none of which live in the area, Sheryl’s team worked with all of us to get all of the documents signed, pre-closing, so only one of us had to attend the closing.
What could have easily become the start of a family rift and disagreements, ended with a stress-free sale of our family home that allowed all of us to retain the many memories of our parents and each other in the home. I’ve worked with Sheryl on the sale of a home before.
