I had been working on a townhouse for several months and didn’t know whether I should continue to renovate it or put it on the market as is. I knew calling Sheryl would clarify for me what my options were and make the decision easier. (This would be the third time I had used Sheryl to sell a property. I already knew her process and had experienced twice how that process and knowledge of the market resulted in a quick and fair sale of the property.) Sheryl came in and laid out what I absolutely needed to complete and where I should stop renovating further. She also gave me the estimated selling price and weeks on market for different windows of time based on market projections and history. Sheryl and her team and I kept in touch while I wrapped up the renovations and decided on a date to have the listing go live. We decided to pre-market the property and had an exceptional response for the week before it went live (even without the professional photos!) We continued to have a high level of interest in the property that resulted in an offer within 72 hours of the listing going active. Sheryl’s estimated sale price and timing were “spot on”, and the property will close in the next 10 days. Would I recommend Sheryl and her team? I have found that the best recommendations are the number of repeat customers. Very successfully using them 3 times answers that question.
