- Install New Countertops $650
- New Appliances $2000
- New Lighting $300

- New Decor Items like rugs/towels/plants/pillows $400
- Several rooms of furniture to rearrange
- Some items to go to storage $500
When I returned and walked through the home again, I was thrilled to see the improvements made a huge impact on the home’s presentation. These positive changes allowed the home to Present a Powerful Online Image and delighted buyers as they toured the home. I am confident this home sold for $15,000 more than it would have if the Sellers had not done any improvements, even after deducting the costs of the improvements, the return on this investment was nearly $10,000.
