When the current owners first moved in, they were excited about all the features this home has to offer. “For me, it was security reasons.  I wanted to be on third floor but also have a locked security door at the front entry.  I really enjoy being on the front side as it faces the waterfall and the center island of the parking lot.  It’s so beautiful with all the different trees and also being able to hear the birds singing all day long.  I love how bright my unit is, especially during the early spring to fall months.  Also, since I bought while the building was in the design stage, I had the opportunity to pick the type of flooring, cabinets and countertops, light fixtures, etc.  Coming from a townhome with only one bathroom, it was nice to have an Owner’s Suite bathroom.”

The sellers believe the buyers of this home are sure to love the building’s great features and location. “It’s easy to heat and cool, it’s a quiet building not hearing neighbors at all.  Also nice not to have to think about plowing, snow blowing…can just watch the snow come down.  Same with summer, don’t have to think about lawn maintenance at all.  Again, just watch the lawn maintenance company work in the hot, humid summer air.  There’s a large party room, we call the commons, that we can rent for private family parties/gatherings at a very small fee.  Also a nice hotel like guest room for your company if you think they want their own space instead of staying with you.  Also, love all the walking trails or just walking around the different residential neighborhoods.  As far as shopping, even though Rosemount is small there’s someplace for whatever the need may be…groceries, eating places, hardware store, beauty parlors, etc. Quiet time is important to me so just sitting out on my deck in the morning enjoying the breeze, listening to the birds singing, reading a good book with a cup of coffee..doesn’t get much better than that.”

The seller also shared some things that may not be apparent at a showing,  “One of the best things about living here are my neighbors.  We have a great bunch of people living in this building.  We all seem to take care of each other when needed without being overly intrusive but show genuine concern and willing to help how and when needed.  There are lots of events, the 4^th of July grill-out on the back commons deck being one of them.  The catered Christmas dinner is always beautiful and fun.  There’s always time for visiting with the neighbors whether at Saturday morning coffee, which usually turns into a brunch (lots of good cooks in the building!), or the more simple Wed. afternoon coffee when it’s usually just coffee and good visiting.  The association Board is currently made up of caring and responsive people in tune with what needs to be done to the building.”
